Vgchartz Video Game Project

I decided that I wanted to create a game on Vgchart using characters from the Vgchartz members/mods on here. Basically a parody/action adventure game. The gameplay will be legit just the story may be more fun than serious.

If you want to be in the game as a character please tell me, so I can add you in the game. If you want to be removed from the game please tell me and I will remove you unless it's way to late to remove.

If you want to BE in the game give description of character (eyes,hair,skin color,etc) and personality(emo,funny,etc) .

The gameplay/look I'm hoping for is that of Link to the Past because I like the game and it's not overly complex to make. The game will have lot's of power up and skills. It will have elements from Link to the past but will not be the exact same game.

A basic idea is that Vgchartz is a vitural/reality world(haven't decided)  and something happens and the player goes on quest to do something(probably kill x person). (very basic and will be changed but just a basic idea).

If anyone wants to really help I could use these people:

-Beta Tester 

-Storyline Writer (2 would be nice)

-General and Creative Idea (2 would be good)

^ Don't have to be very active twice a week is enough. Beta tester should be on once a month at least.

This game is done for fun and we be free. The game will be downloadable game, and I will ask a mod can I link to file-sharing site.

NeoGAF states that VGC numbers are inaccurate and ioi goes on a quest.

I'll test it, that sounds like the easy way to help out.

Clearly we should have a damsel in distress... And since we don't have girls on the site and most gaymers are gone too... I vote for Rolstoppable... With his Kim Possible Avatars it's the closest we got to a girl..

I suppose Nintendo Fan Girl isn't of age yet to count her.  Trashleg was about the only woman of age that stuck around for some time on this site that I remember.  Then you can't forget Carmina!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Japan is games or was it The Japan is games....

I'm no stranger with forum parodies/spoofs/ect. but I'm afraid I haven't been here long enough to be much help.

I could help write the storyline (heck, writing is my career, after all), but I'd have to collaborate with someone far more knowledgable about this site than yours truly.

Sounds like a really cool project. Gonna keep my eye on this.

Out of pure curiosity, what are you going to use to make it?

Also, my character should look like something similar to Saxton Hale, with red hair obviously.

Could turn into something like Xenoblade where they have the two sides living on different gods (websites) fighting against each other.
