Updated the thread title

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

I just signed up to PS plus, since I had a 30 day trial from the Journey collection and I wanted Tokyo Jungle.
Plus I had not played Borderlands and Infamous 2 yet, both free atm on ps plus. (15gb for Infamous 2, estimated 450 minutes yikes)

However $6 discount is not enough not to opt for a hard copy. I can trade a hard copy back in for at least 50% of the purchase value within 1 month. I see myself purchasing Dishonered in 2 weeks and trading it in when Most wanted or Forza Horizon comes out. At least with hard copies you get cross platform 'discounts' :)

I wish downloads of full games were cheaper. Downloads should be 20% off RRP. Plus, i dread waiting for a game like Assassin's creed III to download, it would take forever. It's good that PSN is offering the choice, nonetheless

Ass-creed is "pre-downloadable" meaning you can download the game before its official release date and then be able to play it at exactly 00:01 The night it's released

Oh I see, it would probably still take a while to download though. It took me about 4 to 5 hours to download infamous, which was 7gb! AC will be bigger than that.

Xbox One, PS4 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch will sell better than Wii U Lifetime Sales by Jan 1st 2018

hmm, although I like buying some smaller games via PSN and I have a plus subscription I somehow do not like the idea of spending the full retail price for a digital download... it takes a really long time to download the games and I can't lend it to my brother...

I see no benefit of digital download over a retail copy... as long as you do not live miles away from the next store, which would probably mean that you might also have problems with a speedy internet connection.

PSN+ downloads have killed my 320 GB drive. I'm down to my last 50 GBs dammit. Must...buy....Terabyte!

I upgraded to a 1TB HDD a few months ago, well worth it.

best paid online service in gaming. the value for money on ps+ is amazing. its a shame theres people that arent members and arent able to take advantage of the amazing free games and deals

I still go retail and used. Get these games for 20$ in a few years... I just play stuff really late.

day one prices are a bit steep for me unless it really is a must have but i did get that year psn plus deal teh other week, obviously psn games i buy but there are plenty of £10-£25 full games that i would buy download no problem on psn
