 Very true. They have been known to just brush off user complaints and feedback, especially where Windows is concerned. MS has gotten a hold of themselves and are turning out to be good problemsolvers and redeemers. Which they have to be to stay in the game.

The fact that they're even moving units at all after many a disgrace on their block shows 2 things the most;

1: Despite not having hordes of fans (I blame Windows), the fans they do have seem very loyal indeed.

2. They're really serious and are really making an effort to make it big in the console industry, which is more than I could say I felt with their original box.

I also got Contra free, on XBLA when Xbox Japan (I'm not sure if it was Japan only???) was giving away a choice of a free game(from a choice of 5 or so I think, I remember UNO being offered too but forgot the rest of them) for upgrading to XBL Gold last October-ish. I had already bought my pre-paid 1 year XBL Gold card, so it was good timing for me :)

I'm surprised by MS, i mean it was all in their legal rights that you sign away that you take the service as is... so for them to give something free is pretty sweet.  Heck they are even giving one of the better games.  My only question is what if someone bought it already?
