Very true. They have been known to just brush off user complaints and feedback, especially where Windows is concerned. MS has gotten a hold of themselves and are turning out to be good problemsolvers and redeemers. Which they have to be to stay in the game.
The fact that they're even moving units at all after many a disgrace on their block shows 2 things the most;
1: Despite not having hordes of fans (I blame Windows), the fans they do have seem very loyal indeed.
2. They're really serious and are really making an effort to make it big in the console industry, which is more than I could say I felt with their original box.
