lol, EAD *IS* Nintendo.  Sony would have to buy Nintendo outright.

This is a great time for Nintendo and they really need to take advantage. They are in the position to make deals and invest in 3rd party software (either by helping to fund development in exchange for exclusivity or just simply moneyhatting). Sony is in no position to do either.

AND Nintendo has first party IPs that sell shit tons and moves hardware. They need to lock up all the Japanese talent they can, get them on board, and they might even have this next gen sown up before it even begins. They've done that with the 3DS vs the Vita. Home consoles will be a bit trickier but I like what I'm seeing from this thus far.

I want to watch the world explode so, they should have exclusives on everything, just for shits and giggles, as long as they leave PC gaming alone.

I actually WANT them to get their hands on Valkyria Chronicles. I want them to take any good franchise that didn't do as well as it should and make it a success. Early in a console's life is the best time to get noticed/established.

Lost Odyssey, Vanquish, Enslaved, Front Mission, SSX--take 'em all and make them stand out. What was buried on the HD Twins can live again on the Wii U.

Nintendo needs to swoop in and save Final Fantasy Versus XIII. It would be a great addition to the Wii U's lineup and would cause a fanboy meltdown the likes of which we've never seen.

I can imagine it being released for both PS3 and Wii U. That would be enough to incite a few heated theads.

Honestly, I think most Sony fans would just be glad to have Vs XIII released in some fashion. Losing it to Nintendo at this point wouldn't really matter, especially given that it is likely to be multiplatform anyway knowing Square.

With Sony's financials and high debt level, um no. I think Nintendo would be better off buying THQ for 50 million and own the IP's of Darsiders and Saints Row. 

Nintendo is really serious about this 3rd party thing! Who would have guessed getting exclusive rights to a game that has a niche audience would stir this much of a tremor online?
