Their website's image display system may not allow 1920 x 1080 images. Some do this to save bandwidth, others do it because they don't want to have images bigger than peoples screens, some just use the default image setting in their website software which is almost never the full size image...and other reasons. It's rarely done to hide artifacts and aliasing.

I know that's most likely not their intention, but it would be nice to see them in all their glory.

And I certainly don't disagree with you. That's some damn nice work on display.

The game is tempting but I am not a fan of purchasing digital media. Make it physical media and this gets all my money.
