Their website's image display system may not allow 1920 x 1080 images. Some do this to save bandwidth, others do it because they don't want to have images bigger than peoples screens, some just use the default image setting in their website software which is almost never the full size image...and other reasons. It's rarely done to hide artifacts and aliasing.

Like I said, got Trine 2 on PSN+ plus for free and I think it pretty boring
the "more content" will be DLC..i think its released on steam already..
