You mad that Nintendo games sell well, want a cookie?

I ain't even mad. I'm just stating my theory and waiting for someone to prove me wrong.

GUYS, he's waiting someone to prove him wrong even after reading all this feedback.

Its just that regardless of how many sound arguments the commentators put forth, you always counter with a 'special rule' that makes it null. The proof is in the pudding, no need to deny it.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl and both Super Mario Galaxy titles beg to differ.

Sorry, perhaps I should have clarified. By selling "huge" I mean selling over 20 million units. Now please, how many Wii games have sold over 20 million units without having 'Wii' in the title? None, I tell you!

The closest game (SSBB) is only halfway there. Stop ignoring that blatantly obvious evidence.

OMG lets make a bet on that?

The biggest bet ever on VGChartz, the loser requests an IP ban.

No thanks. You seem like a valuable user and I wouldn't want to have you permanently banned from the site.

I don't need anyone to worry about me. Lets go for it, because you're the one risking something here.

Lets make the bet bad boy. Let's prove your theory absolutely right.

Wii Music only sold ~4M because it has Wii in the title. I own it, and I'll tell you. If that garbage released on anything else and without Wii in the name it would be lucky to hit 500k.

Ugghh, that game was atrocious.

To think Miyamoto thought it should've been used in music classes. Oh jeez...

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

So you admit that my argument is sound?

Fine, we'll make the bet tomorrow, when the alcohol is out of my system.

I couldn't be bothered to read the whole OP as I suspect the general premise stems from your thoughts in the other thread (in which I already replied... kinda surprised you bothered to make a thread about it unless it's some kind of joke)
However I wanted to point out a small flaw in your Wii > GC comparison: Userbase. Mario Kart for example has a wide appeal so the larger the number of people with consoles capable of playing a Mario Kart game, the higher MK sales will be (in the case of MK64, DD and Wii it seems to be around 30-35% of users) The other 3 games don't have quite as wide an appeal, but they are still not niche games so when the userbase increases so will the games sales.

LOL, I'll remember that.

You'll be banned by Q1 2014, by the way. That what it will take for NSMBU to surpass 10M at worst.

That of course, if you still have this account.

Clearly you do not understand my statement. My patience is wearing thin. I am stating regardless of how many arguments we put forth, YOU counter the argument with a ruling of a kind (which comes out of nowhere) that makes our arguments null in YOUR retrospective. A game does not have to sell 20 million to be ''huge''. HALO is huge and yet its best selling title sold 11.5 millio; would that be considered a moderate success on your account judging by your comments (i mean its not ''huge''. It only sold 11.5 million)? Super Smash Brawl sold that amount as well, i guess its not a ''huge'' success as well..... Nor is Mario Galaxy......
