 I definiely agree with getting DK64 up there.  I missed that game during the n64 era, and would love to play it.

 Nintendo owns the IPs, so I don't see why not...

Nintendo owns all rights to both those games.  We can get them.  Just like DKR was allowed to be released for DS.  What Nintendo really needs to do is release their rights to Goldeneye to Microsoft in exchange for both Banjo Kazooie games on VC.

Doesn't MS have pretty much the same amount of Xbox Originals as Sony does PS1 games, even though they just started the service?

And if I seem to be in a surprisingly happy mood today, it's because my ps3 finally arrived from Sony today. :)
