Yeah it's not even 12% since it's over-tracked anyways. We've known this for how long and vgchartz still hasn't fixed it. You just continue to let your reputation go down dont you vgchartz.....

But then it will never reach 15%.
I think it will reach 15% around the end of the year... though if it goes back to selling 30-40k again after the holidays it might drop below again.

It's a serious question. Clearly you can't see that.
...
Until the situation is rectified. It was the same with the 3DS and PS3, and will likely be the same with the WiiU, didn't see any complaints there...
To me the real breakthrough is when it beats 360 in japan.
Still a long way to go, though. 360 is a beast... I mean... it HAS Monster hunter!
Not soon enough
This is the Game of Thrones
Where you either win
or you DIE
It is currently below 15% in weekly marketshare... which means if things don't change it will never get there. You guys realize it can only go up as far as its weekly marketshare right?

It will have a boost this coming week as it sold 45-50k in Japan... and while it's probably going to fall back to 35-40k per week again, it will probably get a higher percentage boost in sales over the holidays than the 3DS. I doubt it will manage to break 20% of 3DS sales in any given week, but the bigger numbers mean more during the holiday so it won't take as many weeks to break 15% as long as it is selling 17-18%. (admitedly I am basing this on the current VGC figures... no one has yet convinced me Vita has indeed been overtracked, but there is a good chance it has been)

Compare Sony shipped numbers on June 30 (2.2 millions) to VGChartz numbers on the same date (2.4 millions)

The fact that the site says that there were nearly 200,000 more Vitas sold than were shipped on June 30th not enough?
