It's good. My first 3 moderations were completely justified, but I didn't like the reasoning for my last ban, the only thing I should of been banned for is calling someone a tool, and it was a 3 day ban when it should of been 1 (based on the bans normally handed out for insults). That's really my only complaint, so it's great actually :)

I agree with you. I know I am new here but as I am reading thru several post mods are good and knowledgeable to everything they do and very professional indeed.

I know this might be a shock for you to hear Cone but people know that moderators have the abillity to ban people. Unless it's a brand new user but they're usually a flamingweazel alt so it doesn't matter. A "preventative measure" sound a lot like what's happening in Ferguson right now. With an army rolling in and terrorizing people because they might do something bad. If a thread gets out of hand then feel free to step in and wave the hammer around. I've been banned multiple times for that and haven't complained because it was my fault. Now I looked through the convo in the Xbox thread and I didn't see anybody breaking any rules, well until endimion called shinobi a retard but I believe that was after you and starcraft felt the need to pointlessly warn people.

I didn't warn anyone. I made a joke to try and cool things off. Ineffectual sure, but only because Shinobi (who had never been banned) didn't get the reference.

For those wondering, I posted a novelty ban hammer.

Regardless, as Cone pointed out, none of this was why Shinobi claimed he asked for a ban.

You constantly go into threads and start threatening to ban people for no reason. How about you wait to mod users when they actually do something wrong? You don't need to constantly wave your "power" around.

And should a moderator really be saying things like this:

starcraft said:
Whats the title about certain Tomb Raider exclusivity based on?

Also, I noticed some of the PS lurkers we always knew were there were finally dragged out of hiding. That fine when you want to play nice guys, as most of you did. But you'll be modded when you're mean!

PS lurkers? Come on now. At least try to appear unbiased.

And while we're on the subject here's another one of your posts I find annoying:

Guy's its Xbox right now. Want to bitch about it or chat about PS4 purely maybe wait 3 hours.

Why are you warning people not to criticize something they don't like? If people want to bitch about the Xbox conference then I don't see any reason why you should try to stop them.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Hi Fusion!

This thread gets a little crowded, so I understand your overlooking it, but I actually addressed each and every post you've linked here in my response to Hynad:

Have a great day!

starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS

So I was looking over the 3D thread that Kaizar made, and 18/22 of the newest posts are all his, with most of them being bumps ("If you've seen "X", then please post). I agree that at this point, it should probably be locked o.0

                                                                                                               You're Gonna Carry That Weight.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

I agree that Kaizar's thread should be locked. Nobody really posts in it other than Kaizar, and we already had a box office thread and a movie and TV chat thread.

Well, we've provided a final warning so hopefully that will be that.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Thank you very much!  Good example of you guys listening and taking action based on feedback!

The occasional bumping of his thread when he truly has new content to add to it is fine, but his spamming of people's walls shouldn't be tolerated.

I understand the spamming of walls annoys some. But he just wants people to be as excited as he is I think. Plus, he might be afraid of the rule that we can only post like 3-4 times in a row in a thread. I am not sure. The mods should be lenient though.

Well, they arent moderating him, they just posted a warning in his thread.  That is lenient.  Slade just got moderated for posting three times in a row.  There is one stretch in that thread that I think kaizar goes almost to 70 before somebody posts.  It already seems like they are letting him get away with way more than your average user around here.

He can be excited without pointless bumps and spamming peoples walls.  It is completely unneccessary behavior.

True.

But I am saying they are not being lenient. I am just ...wait...three posts in a row is not bannable. Never has been.

Anyways, I am just hoping they will continue to be patient with his hobby. He could just make a new thread each time something new with 3D comes out. Which is more annoying? His current thread, or 100 3D threads a month.

He can keep his current thread as long as stops bumping just to keep it in the top feed and stops spamming peoples walls to get traffic.  He can bump it ONCE when he updates his ops. (Not that anybody will actually look at the front page as it is just a big nightmare to try and load).

I dont really think that is too much to ask...
