I agree with this. Japan, stop being selfish and start releasing those in North America. On a serious note, I wish there were more RPG games for the PS3. 

that's why i'm revisiting my ps2, after have finished all major ps3 rpgs!

I want to see more and more fantastic JRPG's (what may take some time due to the fps domination this gen T_T), and I want to see nintendo doing the ultimate Zelda, something that really surpasses OoT.

Edit: I also want to see Intelligent Systems doing more and more Fire Emblem games

More beat-em-ups and hack and slash games. They're just making too many mainstream genres like FPS; esp. RPGs that I don't even recognise anymore.

They're one of the most interactive genres in gaming history. Nothing is so satisfiying to me than grabbing an enemy and slamming them across a wall. Seeing them crash through things that can be destructable is a great thing also.

Well not hitting horses but a real Rally game.
Racing games happily let you drive in circles for half an hour but when it comes to point to point rally longer then 90 seconds or more then 4 environments is rare. Come on, stages should at least be as long as the Nordschleife. Last gens Rallisport Challenge and SSX 3 could stream for half an hour plus. In TDU it takes an hour to drive around the island. Last gens Colin McRae 05 had 70 stages over 9 countries. WTH happened. How did we end up with Dirt showdown.
