Yep wind walker is one of the games I actually thought about when I saw the visuals, the other game was Katamari. As mentioned in the OP Zelda was one of the inspirations for the game :D I think they are talking about the nature of the game tho and not the visuals (action adventure, lots of NPC etc)

He must refer to the genre, as Zelda games have had very different art styles.

yeah I think one of the interviewers told him that it reminds him of zelda and he answered that way

Which two do you count? I've got Uncharted, SOCOM, Warhawk/Starhawk, Syphon Filter. If there's something third-person-shootery that could be brought to the table by Media Molecule that couldn't be part of those 4 then I'd be interested to see what it is, at least.

Me want this game! Might get a Vita just for this and thats about it sadly. COD for Vita was bleh ;P . Very disappointing. Had high expectations for the title. Too bad, looks and plays exactly like Burning Skies, not surprising it's the same dev of BS...oh see what I did there? lol BS,
