I don't think it's a typo. Every week so far it's sold more than the launch week.

It's a typo (seems to be an accidental clone of DQIV sales). If you look at the previous week, Galaxy is only at 748,000.

All they're doing is posting the numbers from Famitsu or Media Create.  It's not like they compile data themselves.  What's wrong with that?
