The graphics seems a teeny bit out of the 3DSs league. Also, I don't know how a similar port from PS Vita to 3DS would work without the second analogue stick.

i think the 3DS could handle it very good and have it looking pretty much the same.

Reason i think this is how dumped  down the PSVita version looks. I mean look at Killzone on vita and now look at Declassified one you would think was a 3DS game and the other you can clearly see is not.

Reason for that is i think the Engine is being used on both systems 3DS and Vita, so even if it doesnt have Declassified in the title i fully believe 3DS will get this game with maybe a few changes.

Also they will allow for the circle Pad add on i can even see Nintendo launching this game as a Bundle with the 3DS XL circle pad pro like they did with Resident Evil Revelations and the original circlepad add on.

You could say the same for KZ2&3 versus any COD released on PS3 or hell even Halo vs. COD. THe COD games never was known to  push the hardware of any system it was on with the exception of the Wii. They go for the fast paced sold FPS over visuals. And its been confirmed this is exclusive, so you are simply wrong in this case, its right there on the box. It could be ported later, but its not coming out this year if at all.

To the underlined you give a fair point. however COD on the Wii looked a lot worse then its 360 and PS3 counterparts, COD on Vita and 3DS would looks pretty much the same (It already does look like a 3DS game imo) so its almost like the engine was based around 3DS specs (not surprising if it is running on a version the Wii Engine) so it wouldnt cost activision much to port this.

So yes maybe i might be wrong about Declassified coming to the 3DS but i fully believe we will see a version of it maybe with another name.

No one is arguing that the game couldnt be done on 3DS what people are arguing is that this game will be on 3DS despite all the evidence pointing to the contrary. Sorry in this case you are wrong, that doesnt mean we wont see a COD on 3DS soon.

So I just rewatched the trailer.

1) Its definitely Wii engine material. That's all they did. They took the Wii engine and made a game for Vita. Interesting though that its limited to 8 person max online. Doesn't Wii and the rest of the consoles do 24... or is it 12?

2) The beginning of the trailer clearly says "Vita Exclusive". Now that could still be timed, but I'm betting that since its the only portable with standard dual analog, its truly exclusive.

However, you're right in there is nothing there the 3DS couldn't do... or even most high=end phones/tablets.

there isnt a Wii FPS out there that has 24 people playing online, not even close. I dont remember is the earlier CODs had this, but the last one reduced player count from 10 to eight, which makes sense if they are in fact using the Wii engine

I thought COD and Conduit all had 12v12... but a little research shows I just got confused. They (both conduits) have 12 players total for 6v6. Guess if new COD on Wii are down to 8 then it makes more sense and must be Activision limited not hardware/network.

Actually MOH heroes for wii had 32 player online back in the early days of the wii. Granted the game did not have amazing visuals the online was very good with no problems as I played it myself. This also made me realize how 3rd parties were Bsing the system, I never fully new whether it was the actual system fault for poor online or as people have said all along lazy developers.

I think its a bit of both IMHO, alot of the devs were using PS360 systems at that point. SO either the B or lower dev teams were used and we see the results that we mostly see or the A teams are too busy on PS360 to get to the Wii. Fact is, there simply arent infinite resources to go around

Now that i think about it who the hell made those MOH Heroes games? they were both good for the systems they were on; PSP and Wii

Did it really? Oh man, I forgot about that game. I had that game for PSP and I quite enjoyed it. Did it run well? i can see why servers were shut down, barely anyone bought it.

I do remember people really loving the controls (Back in the good ol' days when this and Metroid Prime 3 came out and finally showed the potential of pointer based FPS controls). It has a 73 on MetaCritic, as well as positive reviews from IGN (8.4) and GameSpot (8.0). It's main praises were well implemented pointer controls and fluid multiplayer, and it's main criticisms were it's bland visuals and lackluster single player.

i think it said exclusively on vita.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

It could come to the 3DS, and can run just fine on the 3DS (especially if they tone down the 3D or turn it off for multiplayer matches), but the main thing here would be how good of an idea would it be? For what reason bring it to the 3DS? It's being said that it's a PS Vita exclusive and dual analogs make it a much more desirable game for the Vita. People who play FPS games would much rather go after the Vita version regardless of whether or not they look exactly the same. I would believe mostly existing 3DS owners would buy it if it were to come out.

People thought Call Of Duty games looked bad on consoles..

Ok so after seeing the gameplay video from blackops Declassified on the PSVita i now believe its a multiplat game between the 3DS and the PSVita.

The was nothing in that Video that couldnt be done on the 3DS also.

What do you guys think?

Agree, but this game is being developed by Sony owned Nihilistic.

CoD is way to awkward when played on a DS or 3DS, sure they could do it but you would have to use the stylus to look around which somewhat blocks your view of the screen then L to shoot and the stick to move with everything like Melee and jump as different buttons on the touch screen, It was a horrible experience on DS and it would be just as bad on the 3DS and I can't imagine it would be very successful nor can I imagine sony would let go of such an important exclusive.
But then again there is always the option for the ugly second analog stick add-on.

It won't. But I believe n-space was making one like the DS versions. Guess not this time.
