No it doesnt. This title is the original title at Zelda Informer and he clearly says "I don’t think Nintendo fans are so stupid they would buy a piece of cardboard. A box on the other hand, that says Nintendo on it, they probably would."

After re-reading the quote, not sure how I missed it first time, but I can see why he'll be accused of trolling.

I'll give him the BoD as he uses both fans and "fanboys" and since I personally use the two to mean different things. If he had made the same comment about Sony, I would also give him the BoD, but let's be honest, as I said before: this comment is representative of all fanboys not just nintendo.

Yes i always buy a Nintendo console just for the box, i cant get enough of cardboard. Forget Mario, Zelda ,Metroid,Star fox, Kirby, Smash Bros, Wave race etc etc cardboard is where its at baby. Patchter you are a genious, take a bow son and how about a nice fat pay rise too.....PRICK!!
