I got Psionic Energy Conversion

I can absorb the energy created by other people's thoughts and convert it to other forms of energy.
Thus I can create fire, electricity, radiation (doesn't specifiy what form) and sound (sonic blasts) as well as being telekinetic and the ability to remove negative thoughts and memories. Also I can make myself stronger.

My limitations include being able to be overwhelmed by too much psionic energy, and I have to be careful around others negative thoughts. (also I am presumably powerless if there is no one around for me to take energy from, though it didn't mention that)

8/10 I like psychic abilities anyway and the ability to create any form of energy is awesome.

I got Cetacean Physiology which is the ability to replicate traits of things like whales which at first sounds useless but is actually pretty cool if you look at the list of things it does.

Elemental Combat. Sweet, I'm the Avatar. I can control fire, water, earth and air and blast them at people or move them around.

Cetacean Physiology above me: 3/10. You enjoy transforming into a dolphin while I pick up the water around you and throw it into space.

10/10 to Sound Conversion, you can provide tons of cheap energy and help with the dependence to fossil fuels.

The users of this ability can cause others to become brutal and hurtful towards others, even if it means causing that person to kill others. This can even cause a major disruption of order and bring chaos. This means the user can even have the power to cause so much violence they can start an all out war.

Light Beams from the mouth, that's some next level DBZ shit 7/10.
