"jin, kazuya, Ryu hayabuza"
why?

The first three Tekken titles were co-published by Sony. Much like Crash Bandicoot, even though the game has gone multiplatform Tekken is still a staple of Playstation culture.

They might be fun to play as or this is simply promotion. I can understand Ryu in a way, but more Tekken characters?

People are guessing that Jin and Kazuya are cameos and not playable

I'm guessing (hoping) that too. Or alt customes.

So, basically character that were obvious/should have been announced at the beginning. Except that Raiden guy. I don't know who the f that it.

I'm really liking the roster so far. But man... I would've MUCH preferred Old Snake over Raiden. Heck, I would've preferred MGS4 Raiden over the new game Raiden. I guess this is for promotion of the new game or something...

I doubt that. Jin, Kazuya and Heihachi are staples of Sony, created while Sony was co-publishing the Tekken 1-3 with Namco.

Is it just me or do all those realistic human characters make the more cartoony characters (Sly, Fat Princess etc.) look weirdly out of place? Oh, and already 3 Tekken characters but no Hwoarang? Makes me sad. Mecha Raiden instead of MGS2 Raiden makes me sad, too. Btw, did they explain somewhere why Raiden has gone full Deus Ex mode? I haven't played MGS4 yet but every other MGS.
