The game looked great but it had some of the worst screen tearing I'd ever seen. I usually don't even notice but with the demo (hopefully the real version is better) really stood out. Maybe a little more horsepower is necessary and the Wii U has that horsepower. |
Well good news, the screen tearing was fixed in the most recent build shown off at Comic Con! (the ps3 version anyway)

I'll take their word for it - they've been good in the past to nintendo with stellar exclusives. What I want to see from Capcom is a console level Okami sequel and an Ace Attorney. The Wii U is the perfect console for Phoenix Wright.

Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.

Don't you mean "Resident Evil 4: Wii U Edition"?

It's actually pretty darn good. Better than MvC3, anyways. Keep in mind though that you're talking to someone who's not a huge fighting game fan.
I've been saying it for a while but both Nintendo and Capcom working together to produce Nintendo Vs Capcom would be a licence to print money for both parties. It would sell an absolute shitload and also be a system seller. It would also give fighting game fans something to keep them happy until the next Super Smash Bros. game is released.
I'd also say that a Monster Hunter game is also on the cards at some point.
Any Japanese publishers with any sense will strongly support the U given that Dragon Quest X is on the way. Once that's released over there Nintendo won't be able to make the consoles fast enough.

I'm assuming he means that before 5, GC/Wii were the only places to play RE 0, REmake, 2 port, 3 port, 4 on one platform
Assuming 2 and 3 come to the WiiU VC in some form and 5 and 6 are ported to the WiiU, both which I would say are fairly likely, the WiiU would become the only platform were one could play all mainline RE games.

great from capcom....
I ask you all !! How do you thing about resident evil zero reloded????? I thing will sell more than RE6?!!!!!!
I'm worried it will be a barrage of old PS3/360 ports.

Don't forget Resident Evil: Code Veronica which was also launched on the GameCube. Why do people alsways forget about this game?
