lol why didn't that redskin player score after the offside kick...it would've given them a 14-point lead. as if the cowboys were going to score 14 points in 12 sec

Take a knee and end game vs PAT +Kickoff

I understand why they did it but 12 seconds!? the 1 point alone would taken another 3-5 sec of the clock, the cowboys would've taken a knee themselves to end the game. even if cowboys somehow returned the kickoff to a TD  even with their fastest person would've taken about 8 sec to run assuming they caught the ball at the 20. that alone would've probably ended the game

The clock doesn't run on the point after attempt. Yeah probably would, but why leave them with 4 secs to possibly pull off an onside kick recover in that situation and hail mary to tie the game if you can just end the game right there. Probably the safest play, most road teams want to end the game as soon as possible and go home.

If I was a Jets fan I would just go home rather than sit out in the cold. Game is already over.

It still is the smart thing to do. Check out this play by Brian Westbrook a few years ago.

That was a crazy game. Houston has played 10 quarters of football in the last 4 days.

Hell yeah, the Texans are tired, especially Andre Johnson who has 461 receiving in those 2 games.

The good thing is that they get 10 days rest until they play the Titans.

Playing the Titans is also a good thing for them.

Did I mention what a loser Tony Romo is?

At least this time it wasn't Romo who put the Cowboys into a hole (like it happened against the Giants). Well, he threw one INT in the first half, but it was mostly the defense that needs to be blamed. I've seen much worse games from Romo.

I thought that he threw 2 picks in the first half.  Maybe I'm mistaken.  Regardless, he did help them in a hole.  They need to start playing Kyle Orton since he doesn't throw 3 or 4 Ints a game (they wouldn't have fallen behind 28-3).   You are right about the defense playing awful and that he has played worse, but should a crappy game be forgiven becuase he sometimes plays even worse.  What a loser Tony Romo is...

The other turnover was a fumble by Dez Bryant. Out of Romo's 15 INTs this year, 9 happened in two games, 2 yesterday. If you consider these numbers (translates to only 4 INTs in the other 8 games), there's really not much of a reason to talk about bringing the backup QB in right from the start. Not that Romo isn't a loser, but the Cowboys have a lot of other problems. It's hard to win a game when your defense forces you to score on every possession to stay in the game, like it happened yesterday.

But it could be even worse like the Jets showed yesterday. Did you see the turnover that led to the 21-0 score for the Patriots?

He's still a loser...

No, I was on my way home during the first half of that game.  I turned it on and saw Brady throw a TD to put them up 35-0.  That was the only play of the game that I watched.

You must watch this:

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000099258/article/how-the-new-york-jets-lost-in-60-seconds-vs-patriots

They put up that article during half time. NFL.com didn't waste any time to mock the Jets.

I'm glad that you showed me that.  It makes me feel a little better about the Bears.  My favorite play is the one where Mark Sanchez ran straight into his offensive lineman's ass.  I would go on about what a loser Sanchez is and that they should play Tim Tebow, but that guy's an even worse option.
