There were a number of patents lawsuit with Wiimotes and its motion features, actually. I'm sure the Gamepad will also attract patent lawsuits. Either way, Nintendo may have won the battle, not yet the next-gen war! Nintend000med!

I just looked up more info on this case, and this lawsuit was filed back in 2008! That is amazingly slow.

Glad to hear Nintendo won.
