I know this is a joke, :) but sadly no you'd still be limited by the upload speeds of the other internodez.

Fine... over the fiber optics network Google is rolling out they offer streaming game technology like you see with OnLive and they don't buy OnLive.

Well. That's how much it costs for 30 Mbps on Comcast in my area.
