Yeah but honestly theres a lot of people on this site that dont even game all that much. They just fond sales and trends interesting

My point is simply this is a sales site so stuff like that is going to happen. Fortunatley I have every console currently on the market so I dont really care what games come out on each console

I agree with the spirit of your wall of unbroken text, but I do want to point out that the Sega Dreamcast launched at $199.99 on 9/9/99. I know because I drove three hours to stand in line for my Dreamcast. The PS2 was the more expensive system. Those few years with the Dreamcast at its prime were truly great. It's too bad so many "gamers" decided to skip the stellar Dreamcast in favor of waiting for the PS2. They really missed out and now we all miss out on all the experimental games Sega used to developer on their systems because it cost them almost nothing. Sometimes it was great, other times it was just interesting, but it was always good for the industry.

You are 100% correct. I was miss-remembering which console generation I had intended to cite. I had the Brands and Prices correct, but wrong systems. At E3 1995, Sega made their presentation unveiling the Sega Saturn which they shipped out as a surprise the night before at $399 a system. Sony, who made their presentation immediately following Sega, walked up to the podium and tersely announced "$299" (as the price of the Sony Play Station) which was greeted with a resounding applause. My apologies for the mix-up.

welp looks like i cant reply back with bigger posts becauese it keeps logging me out when i press submit

the wii browser FUCKING SUCKS!! i seriously sat here for like 2 hours trying to type a reply and then it wants to log me out each time!? its already hard enough to type with the Wii Mote but what THE FUCK ever

Nintento fans they think evrything was invented by Nintendo they think motion control was using from the first time in gaming when snes uses this technology,when psvita got AR games many Nintendo fans said Sony stole Nintendo idea but they don't know that psp got AR games before 3DS.
They said psvita and psp don't have news IP but Nintendo never make a new IP PSVita already got Soul Sacrifice and Gravity Rush.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
