Death. Better for all concerned. INCLUDING if I was innocent of the crime.

death penalty is mercy to the convicted felon and quick justice for the family and friends of the victim(s).
life sentence is a long holiday for the inmate and not real justice for the family and friends of the victim(s).

id take life in prision. you never know what can happen in those years and it would be interesting to see how the world plays out in my life time. It does depend on the prision and the relationship i would have with the inmates though.

It's ultimately a case to case basis, and it really all entirely depends on which prison is in question. Prisons which are in the United States and the like for example, even as a prisoner, though limited, one have rights whereas there are prisons in other countries where you have essentially lost your liberty where you're reduced to nothing.
In privileged countries, I'd rather much take life, but in all other countries I would easily choose death for there are far, far worse things than death.

if I am guilty, death sentence, one last good meal is infinitely better than spending the rest of my life fear for my butthole.

if I'm innocent, then life in prison, who knows maybe I'll get a chance to clear my name after a few years and get some pretty big compensation for it.

some countries they chop off hands if you steal, or snip your ding dong off if you committed rape.

I guess for some criminals death is to good for them lol

What if theres no after life and you never get a chance to live or to be ever again. Saying that though Id still pick death I enjoy my freedom to much.
