Those details are so incredibly tiny that it would only affect the gameplay if you were really nitpicking. Sure, I understand that you want realism, but this is still a video games. Certain elements must arcade-style for the game to be enjoyable. No developer has.the resources to ensure every tiny element is as complex as real life.
