I have to warn you

FUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuck

Check out my hype threads: Cyberpunk, and The Witcher 3!

Around the Network

New Flash offers:

Dead Island: -66%

Train simulator 2013: -66%

RAGE: -75%

You have less than 12 hours to decide if you want them or not.

RAGE for 5 € is tempting, but I'm not a fan of FPSs.

And Fallout 3 GOTY is also 5€ with that 75% off... should I? I've never player a Fallout game. And Fallout New Vegas Ultima Edition is "only" 50% off.

Too many options, so little time.

Please excuse my bad English.

Shameless advertising, StreamLicious is holding a charity event. They are streaming games and giving away Steam keys for certain keys. They plan to gather 10000$ for Child's Play.

There's some other "un-advertised" stuff on sale too.

Witcher 2 - 60% off
Arma 2 - 40% off ($18!)
Max Payne 3 and Spec Ops: The Line - 50% off

It's worth digging to find some good deals. I'm at work so I can't do a whole lot of digging but if you see something please do share with the rest of us!

Yeah.

A good way to find more deals it navigating the 100 Best sellers.

Dead Island GOTY: 66% off

Batman Arkham Cty GOTY: 50% off

etc.

My first purchase from the sale Fallout 3 GOTY. I hope KOTOR 2 will be on sale again.

RAGE is a good game, and a very good value for that amount.  People were disappointed by it but only because they had fooled themselves into thinking the developers were FPS gods who would once again revolutionize the genre.  They didn't, it's just a straight-up FPS.  Good quality, though, and I enjoyed it.  Hope there is a sequel, though, as the ending won't blow anyone away--it was clearly intended to be a franchise.

Fallout 3 is absolutely amazing IF you understand that there will be bugs and glitches.  You get used to them, though, and learn that you have to quick-save constantly.  Despite that, it's one of my favorite games ever, and player created mods add a HUGE amount to the experience.  It also has some of the best DLC ever made.

I'm thinking about Dead Island.  Anyone reccommend that or not?

@pokoko: Thanks for your response.

I think that I'll play safe with this sales and only go for those games that I know I'll like, and wait for winter sales to try new things.

And I'm sorry but I can't help you with Dead Island. I remember reading that it was buggy and that it didn't live the expectations it created, but it wasn't a bad game.

Updated OP for Day 2. I'm trying something new by pointing you right to the game page. I'd add the percentage savings as well if I had some more time (and may still do so) but I think this will get people to buy games more as they'll already be on the game page.

Max Payne for $15? I feel kinda ripped off for getting it for $30 at the Summar sale and having not played it yet

Max Payne 3 is 15 bucks?? oO

Pay is coming in tonight, I wonder if I'll be able to buy it tomorrow at the rebate price.

I stumbled across the Flash sale and boy am I glad I did. Got Knights of the Old Republic I & II for less than €5. Yeah, less than five euro for both of them.
I *heart* Steam.
