I never even heard about this until I watched The Office (U.S.) episode. I guess that is how out of the loop I am. Kids these days...

I was thinking about a gap in the Grand Canyon.  I'll just have to do a Stretch Armstrong.   Oh and I haven't smoked in a few days.  I'm trying to get clean to get a higher paying job.

South Park did an episode explaining how stupid this whole thing is. I recommend anyone who's going to try planking watch that episode first.
