Wedbush analyst Michael Pachter and fellow analyst firm EEDAR expect Xbox 360 to be the top-selling console by a comfortable margin, and for Vita to only have outsold PSP andPS2.

On the software front, Pachter expects June sales to be led by new releases Pokémon Conquest and Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Cowen & Company analyst Doug Creutz expects the top-selling new title to be Lego Batman 2 at around 350,000 units.

  • PS3 - 145,000 (-48%) / 165,000 (-41%)
  • 3DS - 125,000 (-13%) / 130,000 (-9%)
  • DS - 100,000 (-74%) / 90,000 (-77%)
  • Wii - 75,000 (-72%) / 70,000 (-74%)
  • Vita - 60,000 n/a / 60,000 n/a
  • PSP - 17,500 (-86%) / 15,000 (-88%)
  • PS2 - 2,500 (-76%) / n/a
  • Total - 750,000 (-56%) 775,000 (-55%)

Lego Batman 2 has been the best-selling game in the UK for the past three weeks running.

People donwloaded Pocket planes and wondered why they should buy a console with expensive games while you can download a game for free that is more addictive than the latest releases on the consoles.  Good that the consoles finaly get Angry birds that will make a jump in console sales.

What the hell!? You too? I do not see the appeal in Pocket Planes. It's dry as fuck, even though I am level 10 right now I do not enjoy it much.

What you mean too? Are their people who don't or have not played pocket planes yet?   Neogaf (GAFAIR) like the biggest game community on the net can't manage to stay in the top 10 of that game because the groups around the world are way bigger than theirs =p.  Anyway to get level 10 you have to spend quite some time in it or possible more than the average console singleplayer's length =p.

We've had these deals before as has PS3 with Vaio laptops... dont think they make much difference.
