I just watched the Madonna video and have to say that I really liked the part where she threw a sword through that painting of Pierce Brosnan's. 

I still don't care for the song.   How about you?  I ask because I know that you're a Madonna fan.

As a Bond song, I don't think it fits but I really like the song on its own (although it didn't fit on the American Life album either).

I could see that.  Like I said, I just felt like it goes on too long, but it's okay for something in a dance club I suppose.

Are you asking me if I would have liked this movie more if it was the same movie, but starred someone other than Brosnan?  Yes , but only because the other Bond actors would have not been ready to cry when they saw Miranda Frost dead and because Connery and Moore would have made the corny one liners sound a little less corny, but it still would be a really bad movie no matter who was starring in it.  IMO the last three Brosnan movies would have been bad (especially the last two) if Connery starred in them, but Brosnan made them even worse since he needed a tissue every time that an evil witch that tried to kill him died.
