Blimey, the guy playing that had absolutely no hand-eye coordination at all lol. Quite amusing when he had to throw the Baterang over and over again lololol

Why are people getting excited about this, its the same game, same graphics but only different controls.

They are excited because the first one didn't appear on the Wii, because this game has been announced as being more than just a port (with graphical and gameplay improvements) and because it will include all the DLCs.

What graphical and gameplay improvements? The only "improvement" I see is the new way of playing wit the tablet. Thats not an improvement. What DLC? Some challenge maps and Harley Quinns revenge wich is only 2 hours long?

Hey, don't kill the messenger. You asked and I answered.

The gameplay improvements are just that, the use of the gamepad. They (Rocksteady) call it improvements in the gameplay, others may call it just other way to play the game.

The graphical improvements seems to be better textures and more detail in some places. I'm not going to argue this because, as it has been  posted, there was a discussion about it on another thread.

Regarding the DLC, I don't know how many DLCs they have launched. From the looks of it, this "Armored Edition" is like a GOTY edition. Every content released, maps, suits, missions, etc. will be included.

Well there were some pictures and it looked the same as the PS3 version, there were even reports that the PS3 version looked better. http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain/2012/06/10/batman-arkham-city-looks-worse-on-wii-u-than-ps3/

Man calm down its kinda annoying that your trying to downplay the game on the wiiU if people are excited let them be.

You calm down, I'm not downplaying anything. The graphics are almost identical, there is no revolutionary change.

LMAO Oh shit. Also who said there was a revolutionary change in the graphics?

No one ever mentioned the change in graphics to be revolutionary, Turkish.

If I'm remembering correctly both Assassin's Creed III and Arkham City have v-synch. Will be revolutionary for me personally as I despise screen tearing. It's a major bugbear of mine. I've never been able to understand why developers this gen have striven for realistic looking graphics to have it all ruined by screen tearing whenever the player moves the bloody camera.

as long as the WiiU solves the pop-up, slowdowns and screen tearing problem, i dont need more than that...

What are the pop-up and screen tearing things? Never heard of them.

Ninpie
pop up is when objects appear suddenly on screen when they should have been already there
screen tearing is when information from two or more different frames is shown in a display device in a single screen draw, like when appears broken in two pieces...

Example of texture popping. (Although I haven't really noticed much popping in Arkham myself) Bit more difficult to show with object pop-up obviously :p
