To be fair, several games don't have their European figures posted, Eye of Judgement and Folklore for example have been on sale in Europe for ages and have 0 sales here.

That's part of the problem, yes, but games like Oblivion and Need for Speed Carbon Euro numbers have been the same for over 3 months. I find it REALLY hard to believe that it hasn't sold at least 10k across all Other territories in 3+ months.

 

And it happens across all systems, hopefully one day we'll get an accurate and up to date (and clean of duplicates) DB.

30 million sellers THIS YEAR? You're crazy. I estimate PS3 will have about 15-18 million sellers at the end of the year, and that's quite optmistic. You will be disappointed if you really expect 30 million sellers. Heck, I think the Wii will just pass the 30 million sellers in 2008.

Uncharted has surprisingly good legs. I was expecting it to hit a wall like Heavenly Sword and Ratchet did, but it just keeps going and going. Anyone got a theory on why it's doing so much better than many other promising PS3 titles did?

Pro Street is next with Uncharted following soon after. That makes 8 in about a year and three months. Devil May Cry 4 could be a million seller, but I don't see any higher than 750-800k. Ratchet if it managed to continue at this rate plus the help from the bundle for the PS3 in Europe, could eventually hit a million late in the Fall. I wouldn't be hugely optimistic. MGS4 and GTA IV will of course hit a million rather quickly

That doesn't mean they're undertracked. That means data hasn't just come in yet, or ioi is busy ATM.


What part of ioi has said that only approximately 80 games have up to date accurate sales data don't you understand?
