The game plays like Star Ocean umm...how should I say this.

Its like Pokemon where you walk around towns, world map, there are random encounters like Pokemon. But the battle system is like you move around left to right and vice versa (until you get a special ability to move around freely).

You should! You'll probably end up loving it, its my most favorite game in the Tales Of Series so far (although I own Symphonia for GCN even though I havent opened it yet XD).

If Symphonia was released on 3DS, I'd but it in a heartbeat.

Full Disclosure: Never played Abyss, but I really, really, liked Symphonia. I might get Abyss sometime though...

Tales of Abyss was a good game when I played it on PS2. Gameplay is solid and GRADE system adds replay value. Only downer is that the first half of the game is fairly lame, mainly because of the MC, but it gets better in the second half.

Devil Survivor is pretty good. Though you might not like the gameplay because it's like a SRPG kind of thing and it can be fairly difficult. If you enjoy it, there is also Devil Survivor 2, so you'll at least have two games to hold your over if you enjoy the first one.

Oh ya, I was so lucky to find it too! It was like 1 of 3 last copies at my local store and bought it for 19.99 5 years ago...still in my case, need to play it XD

I should have kept my DDR Mario Mix unopened.  It's pretty rare today and this game was even difficult to find back in the days.

RE: R is pretty good, well executed use of CPP.

Mario Tennis is a bit easy and repetative, but I dont know I needed a tennis fix so kind of hooked on it.

Metal Gear Sold is a decent game too.

I like Ace Combat a lot, but that is because I am a fan of the series.

No point quoting Nintendo games as we all know 8/10 will be good.

I was thinking on gettig Abbys too. Finally ive chosen Heroes of ruin, pretty good game, but im getting itAbyss somwhere in the near future, still havent played akrpg on my 3dd.
How much have you paid for it?
I saw a copy for 23$, second hand...

Bought it new for regular price.  40$

The game is good so far.  I'm at the Choral Castle.  I don't understand what the Score is, is it normal?  And who's Yulia?  Don't tell me if I'm not supposed to know :D
