PlayStation Network’s PSOne Classics section will be seeing another game added to it in the near future—Tomba!, a platformer developed by Tokuro Fuijiwara, who created the Ghosts ‘n Goblins series. MonkeyPaw Games will release Tomba! on June 19th for $10. Alongside the announcement, they also released a trailer:

Even though I already own the PS1 version of the game, I'm very happy to see this gem of a game being released on the PSN to everyone!

They need to release more PS2 games on the PSN. Like Star Wars Battlefront I and II

One of the first games i got on PS1.

This game is very rare in the UK. Goes for over £40 on ebay. This will certainly lower that value.

YES! I prefer its sequel, but I'll buy this anyway to send Sony a message. I'd kill for a new Tomba!

Wait a minute! MonkeyPaw Games is publishing? SCE has no balls!

I hope that, if they manage to succeed, Sony allows this small company publish the sequel. Not like they did with the Badman series, where NIS America took the risks, and when Sony saw it was safe, they published the newest entry.

Can't wait!

I want Tomba 3. It's a perfect fit for the Vita.
