Wouldn't they need to change the name then ?

Why?

ZombiU

The system is in the title lol

I suggest Xombie/Zombi3.

For some reason, Zombi U always makes me think it's a movie about a zombie trying to make it in college. He starts off hanging with the zombie nerds, just trying to fit in but then the coach of the football team finds out that Kevin (that's the Zombie's name) is really good at throwing a football. When the star quarterback gets hurt, Kevin has to take his place. He leads the football team to victory, eventually getting his college to the NCAA championship. Unfortunately, all of his success leads him to turn his back on his true friends. Kevin finds out that the guys on the football team were never really his true friends when he hears them calling him "Brain Eater" (an offensive term if you're a zombie) behind his back. He fakes an injury by taking off his own arm. The coach kicks him off of the team. Then, after a wacky turn of events, Kevin ends up playing for the opposing team and winning the NCAA football championship for the other team! He's a hero, he gets the girl, he reunites with his near friends, and I have no idea how the rules of college football works.

All of this and more in: ZombiU

From ZombieU, I get a unversity for Zombies. So the world has come to an end and Zombies have taken over but they are all as dumb as a rock. Except for one Zombie who used to be the best Brain surgeon in the world before being turned into a Zombie. Somehow he managed to retain parts of his intelligence, disgust with how the world turned out and how everyone is as dumb as rock. He decides to restart society by teaching other Zombies as best he can.

I'm thinking either a hard hitting drama or a comedy of some kind, I dunno

With a name like Zombie U, we've gotta break some new ground.  A hard hitting dramedy, maybe?  It could tackle social stereotypes, phobias, necrophilia, and lots of scenes of zombies being hit in the junk with footballs.

We NEED to get this made! I'll make a few calls!

If it was ZombiWiiU then it would be a problem.

Well, it's got the logo in the title, I don't think Nintendo would want the U logo on the cover of a game on another system. It's like having a zombie game on Wii called Zombii and putting that on PS360.

Nintendo doesnt own the letter U

Please don't. There's already way too many brainless zombie games on the Ps360, don't need more of them.

Bravo.

Maybe the game is just called Zombi and the U is a suffix. If it comes to 360 or PS3, they could just call it Zombi 360 or something.

Nintendo doesnt own the letter U

but they do own the logo for Wii U, and the U in ZombiU is clearly a reference to the Wii U, and it resembles the consoles logo.

There was no picture of WiiU in that image, and while the U clearly was a reference to the Wii U, Ubisoft would still have no legal issues using the title logo on ps360, although i doubt they would use it if it the game ever get released for ps360
