Well, it's got the logo in the title, I don't think Nintendo would want the U logo on the cover of a game on another system. It's like having a zombie game on Wii called Zombii and putting that on PS360.

Nintendo doesnt own the letter U

but they do own the logo for Wii U, and the U in ZombiU is clearly a reference to the Wii U, and it resembles the consoles logo.

There was no picture of WiiU in that image, and while the U clearly was a reference to the Wii U, Ubisoft would still have no legal issues using the title logo on ps360, although i doubt they would use it if it the game ever get released for ps360
