Totally correct, i mean let's take a long term wise approach - wii sold like 100 million units...360 sold like 70 million....therefore, 360 = more relevant. |

oh yeah, i keep forgetting, kinect made the wii irrelevant. because having no controls to move a character around, so everything HAS to be on-rails, & no buttons to press, so you'll NEVER be able to play any real shooter, that automatically makes kinect relevant & the wii irrelevant, i forgot...
This is like asking if Xbox 360 controller was now made irrelevant by Nintendo showing us their Wii U Pro Controller
It didn't make the WiiU irrelevant, but it made its tablet irrelevant. Big difference.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Yeah, smart glass definitely will make the wii u tablet irrelevant, especially when microsoft makes your glass so smart you'll be playing black ops 2 with it, think thats possible? that's gonna be some smart ass glass, i can't wait for that...you might not wanna hold your breath on it though....
The real problem is, many games that are designed for mobile devices are difficult to control as it is. You will not be seeing complex game controllable via a mobile device, unless that device contains standard game controller stick/buttons.
