No, he's saying that 90% of trolling is directed at the PS3. (the remaining 10% directed at the Vita I assume. It doesn't need much trolling since it's already trolling itself). That 90% will transfer over to the PS4 next gen. Without the PS4, that 90% will disappear.

This is true. Sony is a losing company and to try to revive their TVs they're going to support Onlive and release their games thru on it to make their TVs more "appealing." But that will fail too.
