Forums - Microsoft - New XBOX 360 250GB Racing Bundle available mid-june. No pricecut at E3 then?

http://majornelson.com/2012/05/29/xbox-360-250gb-racing-bundle/

Today we’re announcing the Xbox 360 250GB Racing Bundle. This bundle, available at participating retailers in mid-June, will be available for a MSRP of US $299 and includes:

As you can see for $299, it’s a pretty good value if you are looking to pick up a console. I’ve got a few more photos of the bundle on my Flickr stream

Nice!

Seems to be a good deal

Good deal?  Honestly half of Europe have the Xbox 360 anniversary bundle for less than 250 € including 250 GB Xbox 360s with Halo Anniversary + Fable III + Gears of War 2 + Halo Reach + 3 moths of Gold (and some stores give 1200 MS points with it)  Also a racing bundle for NA is also kind of weird =p.

Great deal. I'm just waiting for the "ultimate edition" of Forza 4.

Won't do much except boost Forza sales a bit.
Racing is a pretty niche genre these days in America.

Doesn't necesarilly mean no price-cut this year. ;)

i just wanted to know if this means that we don't get a pricecut when e3 will start (what some thought) or even the months later^^

Bundles are a good way at pushing back price cuts.

Price cut will likely be closer to August or September to prep for holiday sales... or maybe after Nintendo/Sony do their price cut.

Plus, this doesn't really mean no price cut, just new bundle.
