Well my copy just arrived I guess I will start downloading it soon

Now, that the game is out, what's everyone's opinion. I'm still curious about the fighting systems. Were the statements about Batman styled fighting true? I could watch videos, but you can never tell how a game 'feels' with just videos. How's the fighting, shooting, platforming, etc.

Guess I should jump in and say that I've just finished it (that's the Cases and the Triad missions), and it's a mighty fine game. To me, the game that GTA IV always should have been (even if it would have been nice to have a fair few more triad missions...), what with all of the favours, the jobs, the collectables, the races, and more!

The vinila game is well worth the price of admission, and the DLC is just cosmetic stuff and a few cheats nothing to get worked up over.

All of them. I don´t understand how people can support this fraud. You buy a game for 50€ and then two days after that you have to pay to play some extra content. Don´t get me wrong I don´t mind DLC if they are like The Missing Link from Deus Ex. A game expansion that gets released a few months after. But Day one DLC is shit that I never will support. I did not even support it for Mass Effect 3 there I bought the collectors edittion and got the DLC gratis. And for sleeping Dogs they announced DLC before the game even released. They literally told us "Fuck you gamers you stupid morons". My response is "Fuck you Square Enix. I am going to steal your game"

doubt i'll get time for this but defo would be one i would play as i like teh open world gta style games,surely you can'tplay a game like this with mouse and keyboard,lol,i'd be hopeless like that being a PC game noober

That will just encourage them. If games sell less they will need to sell more DLC to recoup costs. If you don't like DLC then boycott the DLC not the game FFS. There is a onne of content in the game the fact that there is a couple peices of DLC with some costumes (there is no shortage of them in game) is not a reason to not buy a game, that is just stupid. Nothing of any gameplay significance is locked out of the vanilla game, they are just some minor niceties for people that want them, I sure as hell don't. 

By buying the collectors edition of ME3 with the DLC all you did was send the message that you were willing to pay more to get the version with the DLC. And Mass Effect 3 has some of the most egregious DLC out there with it's pay to get random item that is most likely crap, DLC tied to physical toys, key story characters for pre orders, and a weapon pack of day one DLC that wasn't in the N7 pack,and a billion different retailer specific DLCs. And on top of that they had an Online Pass on consoles, and DLC limited to people who preordered the tie in novel.

Congrats you supported some of the worst DLC and are now doing something that makes publishers think they have to do DLC to make a stand against DLC. Oh and I notice you are playing Mortal Combat which had a bunch of disc locked DLC skins for preorder bonuses and Fifa wich is full of DLC.
