I played with a 360 controller lol the PC controls at launch were prety bad, tho shooting with a pad is a pretty horrible experiance. I haven't tried the M&K controls post patch tho. 

It really is a great game, the hand to hand combat may not be quite as smooth as in Batman but it is still fun. Guns feel powerful which balances out how rare they are. Driving is fun with arcadey physics, but not at the level of a proper driving game. There are a tonne of side content but a lot of  it is pretty repetitive. The social features where you have leaderboards can be good at pushing you to try new things.

But the cast of characters and setting is really well done, there are some pretty good voice performances mixed in as well. The story is nothing origonal but great if you are a fan of Hong Kong action movies (which the game feels like a love letter to) and some of the story missions are really good, especially the last ones. 

All round it's a great game and well worth the price of admition IMO, especially if you like Hong Kong action movies and open world action games. 

Ohh really FIfa is full of DLC. How so?

And I did not buy any of the Mortal Kombat DLC.

I was upset After I read Bioware wil make a day one DLC, but it was free with the Collectors. And I have pr-ordered the collectors before christmas so I did not know about this DLC back then. If it would not have been included into the Collectors Edition I would have never purchased it. And there are only two DLC they cahrge for. The rest is free. Maps, Weapons, Outfits etc. you can get all of this gratis you just have play frequently.

But if those Sleeping Dogs DLC are so minor why did they not include it into the game, or gave it for free? Why do they have to charge us for this shit? 

because they probably made it in the weeks between going gold and launch, and they charge for this shit because people buy it, you don't have to buy it. Mass Effect and Bioware has a history of day one DLC, and the contence of the N7 was announced in November 2011 when it was made available for preorder.

And that is beside the point as boycoting a game because it has some worthless costumes  DLCand a bunch of unlock packs, is still fucking stupid. You don't want to support DLC just don't buy the bloody DLC it's self. 

I did not know about that.

But what was that about FIFA? I did not know the FIFA had day one DLC.

I will try this game, and if it is really good and they have an offer on Steam where you can buy this game with the DLC included I will buy it. Otherwise I will go the asshole way.

I thought you were bitching about the "DLC" for sleeping dogs which are mostly a bunch of different cheat packs that give you a bunch of ingame money and unlock things early. Which Fifa has lots of from whst I have heard.

There really is noothing in the DLC worth getting, it realy is just a bunch of costumes. And FFS if you hate DLC enough to not buy a good game just because it has some, why would you want to get a pack including the DLC? That is just stupid, does looking like an 80s gangsta and having everything unlocked at the start of the game really that important to you? If you want to play just buy the damn game, and only the game. There is a demo but it's of the weakest section of the games so keep that in mind.

I am bithing about Day one DLC. Day one DLC and regular DLC is a big difference.

Sleeping Dogs October DLC revealed: first story expansion & missions confirmed

Sleeping Dogs’ October DLC slate will see a full story expansion, a wave of new missions, and extra character upgrades thrown into the mix. Publisher Square-Enix has revealed new details on the incoming content. Catch it all below.

Some of the Sleeping Dogs October DLC will be free while other content is paid-for. While the game’s first story-driven DLC pack will be unveiled at Comic-Con International on October 14th, the publisher has shed some light on some of the smaller content packs in an official statement.

Street Racer Pack

Burn rubber on four wheels! Tear-up the streets on two tires! Rip through the water in a turbo-charged speedboat!

Delve deeper into the underground world of street racing with the adrenaline-fuelled Street Racer Pack. Three lucrative new races await across the streets and waterways of Hong Kong island:

• Kamikaze, a race up and down the winding tracks of the city’s Victoria Peak.
• Cross Island Enduro, an epic endurance motorcycle race.
• Harbor Run boat race.

First 'Sleeping Dogs' campaign DLC, 'Nightmare in North Point,' coming October 30th

Sleeping Dogs' first story-expanding piece of downloadable content is called Nightmare in North Point, and it will be available on October 30th, co-developers United Front Games and Square Enix London Studios announced at a New York Comic Con panel this afternoon.

The Halloween-themed DLC brings the supernatural into Sleeping Dogs' version of Hong Kong, with the developers' take on zombie fiction via Chinese mythology. Nightmare in North Point tells the story of a gang member whom the Triad tortured and killed; here, he comes back to life with an army of the undead, and it's up to protagonist Wei Shen to take care of the threat.

The developers presented a live demo of Nightmare in North Point in which Shen took on possessed members of the 18K Triad gang. Their eyes glow blue, and when they're killed, they disappear into the ground in a flash of green light. It's a good thing he now has lightning fists courtesy of some magical tea from an earlier mission. Shen also has to contend with Jiang Shi — Chinese vampires. For them, he has a peach wood sword. According to Chinese lore, such blades were used in Taoist exorcisms.

No price was announced at the panel. According to a representative for Square Enix,Nightmare in North Point will offer a few hours' worth of content. Previously announced DLC includes racing and police missions; those pieces of content will be available on October 16th.
