IGN gave Gravity Rush a 7.5, but it looks good. Of course they gave Mario Tennis a 6.5 and there is not a damn thing wrong with it.

The only thing I didn't like what I saw from Mario Tennis for 3DS were those circle power ups on the ground. You don't even need to watch the ball, just follow where the circles appear.

From my experience with the game, if you didn't know where the ball was headed, you're not going to make it to the circle in time.  In general, the circles only seem to appear on slower, easier to return shots.

There is indeed nothing wrong with Mario Tennis's gameplay.  It's rock solid, and addictive as hell.  Unfortunately, the whole package is a bit slimmer than I'd like.  Single player mode is somewhat weak, 3D effects are nonexistant, and the online is smooth but barebones.  6.5 is a bit harsh.  Somewhere between 7 and 8 would have been more fitting.

Final fantasy x HD remake...... oh but wait 3ds cant do that

Can do FFX with 3D instead.

yeah, but who actually wants that?  3D is a lame gimmick, I've hated the 3D in all my 3DS games, they'd be better without it.  It's just a silly gimmick that eats battery life.

Guys we get it, you're a bit short of games for your 3DS, but you don't have to draw such mean pictures of the Vita to tell us about it...

I think the Vita owners, are short of games as well, with only two titles worth purchasing.

I agree about the 3D effect on the 3DS. I hav enjoyed it off and on, but it does not need it. Same with the wii mote. I only used it for a few games.

What sells nintendo systems is games. Same with any other consoles.

Depends, Mario 3D is another game when the 3D is off. Kid Icarus also benefits immensily. And I can't wait for something like this (3d puzzles!)

or this

But I agree, it's not necessary, just cool (and sometimes very cool!)

I did enjoy OoT in 3D immensely. But I played Goldeneye wii for an hour today online and did not give a second thought to the wii mote I had my classic controller plugged into.

Yeah!... what?

some vita games is only possible on vita. example: how are you going to play gravity rush without the motion sensing controls?

Come on, people, let's try to keep the platform-trolling at a minimum. It's not a bad thread for gauging what the *good* games are for Vita, or at least the good games that people not necessarily interested in Vita itself are interested.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

well, 3DS has motion sensing controls. They're just not well known because they don't go well with 3D, for obvious reasons.

Nothing on Vita interests me, but there are some good choices some will enjoy.
