Is that star fox thing real?

Tetris was originally going to be a first person shooter. However due to the technical limitations of the Game Boy it became the tile based puzzle game we know. Many years later the oiginal idea for the game was purchased by Activision and became Call of Duty which has been met with some comercial success. Not a lot of people know that!

It was the idea's of the Tetris fps that made COD so successfull. The idea was to launch a yearly  addition to the franchise each November. the rest as they say is history.
