Honestly, though, I'm not that fussed about the specs about any of the consoles. What I'd /really/ want is something that's roughly inline with a mid-high end PC, with a low-mid end PC price tag.

I'd also like the console to be cableless. Wireless HDMI, that wireless electricity tech to power the console and all connected peripherals. THAT would be awesome.

I really can't understand people wanting it to have a 320GB HDD. That is nothing! my 160GB HDD was full after about 1 year of installing games. Now i have to decide which game i have to delete everytime i buy a new game.
And: with growing resolution there comes growing installation szie (hi res textures)

So i want at least 1TB HDD for the games AND a 16GB SSD for: basically the OS and as an extension for the RAM. Games could easily preload textures and so on into the SSD before quickloading it into the RAM. This feature would be great for the console.

As for the other specs i am not sure what to tell.

The average consumer doesn't go through that much. I have a 160GB HDD and I'm only half way through it, that's with 30 games, some downloaded, hundreds of songs and about 10 movies (some Blu-ray). All that in 3 years, 320 GB would be plenty.

AMD specs:

Hardware Specifications
Central Processing Unit (CPU) QC @ 3.4ghz (Not llano lynx)
Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) HD 7850 or Dual HD 6670 (Dual is unlikely though)
Memory  4GB min (inc 1gb vram)
Storage Capacity 320gb/500gb

This could launch for £300, possibly profitable at £350.

This could run BF3 on high at 1080p and 60fps.
