What exactly do I need to do.

go to edit profile and you should see profile picture

Pichu I know that, but how do I get a picture off google or some other site into My documents and then my pictures to upload it.

Find the picture you want on the internet and then right click on it and choose copy image location, that's what you have to put in the box that shows up when you try to upload a pic.

I copy my picture onto my computer documents by clicking copy then I click the browse button in the profile edit and then I uploaded

Well it's one or the other, I don't remember if you have the choice, I haven't change my pic in a while.

it never lets me upload either- It always says it can only do Jpeg, blah. blah... even though I am uploading a Jpeg

This also gave me $50 and put me up over the $1000 dollar mark. I got hit with the ban fine for $75(bad language) ouch.
