I just saw a commercial for Forza Horizon at the end of Fringe. I guess I'm not part of the target group and I'm afraid of what the target group is, because that was terrible.



The in game footage looked pretty average on tv. (looks ok on the off-screen you tube video)
Apparently there is a $50 price cut on 360 on non 4gb models in Canada. (not on this vid, but was advertised on the one on Canadian tv)

Demo should be up next week for silver I hope. That commercial is worrisome.

looking good. if there was a 360 price cut in the coming weeks i would definitely be interested in picking one up just to play this.

I think this game is up there with burnout paradise. 

those videos are pretty impressive. imo it looks better than GT5.

I just gave it a try. I'll still get it week 1 but it was a bit disappointing tbh. The graphics always seem better in you tube videos, and the unskippable 'mission briefings' are extremely annoying. What's wrong with a good old fashioned menu. The driving is good anyway, a bit arcady / floaty but I guess they give you an easy car for the demo.

Theres something wrong with your TV. ALL games on youtube look sigificantly worse than on my HDTV. Even when viewing them in 1080p on Yutube.

And the game is supposed to be more arcadey. Thats why theres no tuning in Horizon.

Anyway, its good to see visuals this impressive in this genration. I didnt think we would beat Forza 4 in the racing field. Horizon just did.
