So guys another question to you?

Here is my list.

1. The Uncharted Franchise: Well here are my reasons. Uncharted stand for quality. Naugty Dogs Uncharted games truly are outstanding. naugty Dog did things in the Uncharted games you never see in any other action game. They did things in the Uncharted games you only see some years later from another puplisher. Its also not a silly shooter, no it has a great story and the voice action is of course excellent. It really brings the gaming to a new level and the series also did not need some scandals like the call of duty series ( airport scene) to get some attention.

2. Luigis Mansion 2: Well its unique. Did i need to say more. I have only played Luigis Mansion one on gamecube for some hours but it was really a great game and in some terms it was really fresh gameplay wise. We need mor games like this.

3.Sly 4: Well its a jump and run in some terms. And we dont have enoug jump and runs this gen ( atleast Soyn and Microsoft)I like the story, i like the art style and i like the humor from the Sly Copper games. So hopefully this will be a success.

4. The Last of US: Watch the last trailer and you know why.

5. God of War Ascention: Well since i personally love the god of war series i would be really glad to see this beeing succesfull.

6. Castlevania Lords of Shadow: It really deserve more. It was a great game and not only a copy of the God of War games. So i think  this series need to sell more and should became big.

7. Pikmin 3: Well its coming to the Wii U. I dont have played the previous entrys but from what i heard its very unique and every unique game should sell more.

8. The Last Guardian and Quantik Dreams new Project: Well The Last Guardian will be a masterpiece (when it release sometimes) and Quantik dreams games bring story telling to a new level. This two games need to be a success.

Games that deserve and need to sell more, off the top of my head

Dark Souls - innovative and hardcore, too much good to say. So fantastic it's crazy. 400K for X360 version is very sad.
Vanquish - Over the top humour and great gameplay mechanics. Sadly it sold so badly we won't get a sequel.
Castlevania (the new one) - a prime example of a beautiful, epic and long adventure game
Deus Ex Human Revolution - highly praised, yet only 2 million sold and barely broke even
Dead Space series - better than Resident Evil yet sells only a fraction of it
Enemy Territory: QW/Brink - very misunderstood complex objective based team gameplay
Mount & Blade - a PC masterpiece destined to be niche
STALKER series - deep FPS as it should be
Two Worlds series - great open world RPG that gets shunned because of lack of polish and low production values
Risen series - great open world RPG that gets shunned because of lack of polish and low production values

Since the OP used Uncharted as an example of a game that needs more success I have to react. The Uncharted phenomenon (the game and all the praise it gets) is a disgrace to gaming. Uncharted is a very dumbed down Tomb Raider that plays by itself like an interactive movie. Its success is bad for gaming because all this bling is tricking gamers into thinking it's a good game. It's entertaining for many people obviously, but it takes so much away from gaming without people even realizing.

Bayonetta, Vanquish, Binary Domain... ow lookie they were all published by Sega! what a coincidence!

Uncharted : Its sales need to be so high that they literally become "Uncharted" - shot -
Tales: Great games (well mostly) and if they sold better we'd get more of them.
Demon/Dark Souls: Awesome games, though it's understandable why they don't sell too well.

Anything by Team Ico, SotC's sales were a disgrace considering the critical acclaim and massive PS2 userbase

Fire Emblem, I really want this to be a series which will regularly break the 1m barrier, it really deserves it

Pokemon vs Nobunaga, I want this game to be so popular that it's success will knock on to other SRPGs

Closure. Fantastic little puzzle game on psn yet overlooked by everyone.
It only has 8 reviews on metacritic, compared to 60 for fez.

Majin and the forsaken kingdom deserved a lot more sales.
