What game franchises and games need to sell more or need to be a success?

Uncharted : Its sales need to be so high that they literally become "Uncharted" - shot -
Tales: Great games (well mostly) and if they sold better we'd get more of them.
Demon/Dark Souls: Awesome games, though it's understandable why they don't sell too well.
