A game that is abbreviated as TiTs deserves attention....either that Persona 3.
PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

there was a p3 and p3fes for ps2 ... fes now on psn for the ps3 too.
the difference i think was you have an extra chapter 'the answer' with fes ? never owned p3 but only fes
on psp there is p3p which is an evolved p3 but without 'the answer' if i remember correctly.
most say 'the answer' is not that good and a lot of grinding but never tried it myself
From your list of choices I strongly recommend Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. But in a greement with the other posters Sal.Paradise and BasilZero, Jeane D'arc is quite the PSP master piece. Its extremely addictive.

Anyway, you should check out corpse party.
As for psp. I have tactics ogre. It's not as interesting as disgaea, but it's a great game, Like ff: tactics. Not as good a story though, or characters. Ramza/Delita/Agrias > All
Phantom Brave is the only one I've played out of that list, but it's a pretty good game. The story and dialogue are a little childish, but the battle system and mechanics are spot on. Also, one of the toughest final bosses for me.
