From the other side of the pond, Obama seems like the better choice domestically as he understands there's needs to be growth not just austerity. With regards to foreign policy I don't think it would make much of a difference as to who's in power.

With France and Greece rejecting austerity it just became dramatically more likely that the European Debt Crisis will melt-down into a worldwide financial market crisis/failure. Over the past 4 years it should be clear that Obama and his administration is not able to handle this problem and will likely make matters much worse. While I doubt Romney will be much better, he realistically couldn't be any worse than Obama.

I'm not american, so i will withhold my choice.

While many aren't exactly excited for candidate Romney, myself included, this election isn't really going to be about Romney vs. Obama. It's going to be about Obama vs. his last 4 yrs in office. While there are going to be a few people voting for Romney because they like the guy, the biggest thing Republicans, Independants, and fiscally conservative Democrats are going to voting for is NotObama.
