So at the moment, it is my Xbox... but if you take the average, it is probably the PS3
At the moment (in the month and a half period without new games for me to buy!) I am working through a series of older games (I bought like 5 for around £50 overall, including Bulletstorm for £3 used). At college, my friends come over to play FIFA a lot on the PS3 (I don't actually count this as game time), and as I am really lazy, I am working through the games I got on Xbox first, though none of them are exclusives, they just happened to be slightly cheaper. This will change by the end of this week once Starhawk, and then Max Payne 3 afterwards come out
The other thing to consider is my PC. I happen to have played around 10 hours of Sins of a Solar Empire over the last 2 days, but this is currently quite a rare occurrence. BUT, in the summer, I plan to make myself a nice powerful gaming PC, so that might change the balance slightly
As for phone games, I can't play them for more than about 2 minutes before I get bored, though I have played a few games of monopoly on my tablet
I have a Vita, but it isn't getting much use atm, as I haven't been taking the train too much recently (train, NOT tube) and that only gets play time when I am away from my consoles
So, basically I just play a lot of games, but the PS3 is probably dominant
For me it's PC first followed by Wii and Xbox360 which get used about the same.
I'm not the kind of person that buys a game and plays it non stop until beating it, but I rather play it for some time, then I take a break to play something else, then I come back to play some more of the first game, and repeat it starting new games as I beat them.
It usually goes something like Wii game + PC game => 360 game + PC game => Wii game + PC game ...
And so I end up playing more with my PC.
Please excuse my bad English.

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.
Currently my Xbox 360 gets the most play. In the past my Wii did. Back in 2010 my Wii/DS probably enjoyed 70% of my gaming. Today however it is opposite my Xbox 360 gets roughly 65% of my over all gaming with 33% on my Nintendo systems and 2% on my Sony systems.
Twisted Metal got a few hours of game play. Star hawk looks like it will get a few. My Wii is KIA the XenoBlade Chronicles was my final purchase for it.
Microsoft in the last year to two years has really filled the void left by a lack of solid Wii software.
Next generation it appears WiiU will dominate my time again and likely Microsoft once again will secure second place. Until of course the WiiU begins to suffer a lack of software!

My Wii and PS3 gets the = and most amount of play. Then comes the portables and PC. In the distant last is the Xbox 360.
"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY." --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

I'm itching for a PS3, so I'm not too excited about playing my 360 (even though there are games I have on it that I want to play, I'm just wanting to play PS3 more). But I have been enjoying my 3DS in the meantime.
Food for thought: Shove an apple in your brain
PS3.
