PC, nothing else for quite some time.
Its cheap, simple, has an insane game library, better tech, controls and full customization plus mods to boot.

Yeah, I agree 100%. The mods alone make it my go-to platform of late. Why buy a game on console when it will look better on PC, have better customisation, and, most importantly, be moddable, meaning each title I buy can have potentially have significantly more life than any other platform> In short: PC for me.

Do you not play games on your mobile (cell) phone at all (assuming you have one)?

No, I don't own a smartphone so I never play mobile games and even if I did own one, I don't think I'd spend time playing games on it. I do have a PS3 and a 360 but my roommate is the only one gaming on them (I do use the PS3 frequently for Blu-ray though).

PS3 at the moment, but it'll be PC for a while when my new one arrives, I'll be playing Civilization all day and all night and they'll be plenty cheap steam indies to keep me busy all summer. Then it'll be out of PSV and PS3 this winter.

Yeah, I was in largely the same position when I bought my laptop last year. After it arrived, PC gaming just took over -- so many more options, so many new games, so much cheaper. Good times. I kinda envy what you have ahead. :D

Also, no gaming on a mobile phone or tablet?

3DS almost exclusively.
DS will get some Pokémon love later this year.
PSP nothing in the horizon for me.

Other than 3DS, I only play some little PC games and my neighbor's 360 - Kinect games are fun and Super Meat Boy is insane!

So, primarily a portable man. Have you tried the PSV yet? I've not bought one yet, but for everyone I know that has one, it's taken over as their favourite portable. I find that a little crazy, as I tried it, but don't quite understand the draw. Are you in the same position? Or are you just waiting for more games?

I'll probably buy one later this year - vacation abroad, so it's the right moment to buy it cheap. I'm just not happy with its japanese sales right now, because I play japanese games almost exclusively. Japanese game support is lacking so much for me on Vita right now! But I'll still buy it, though. The only way Sony may change my position if at this E3 they position vita as the Call Of Duty* portable, but that's unlikely, hopefully.

*Btw, I don't dislike shooters at all, but to play them with dual sticks instead of a mouse ruins the game entirely for me.

Portable Nintendo........XD

Easily PS3. Followed by the Vita and then PC. PC might take the lead this month since I've ordered my first Strategy game, Civ V, which I'll get tomorrow. I also have a Wii but it's technically dead since Skyward Sword.

Game of the year 2017 so far:

5. Resident Evil VII
4. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
3. Uncharted: The Lost Legacy
2. Horizon Zero Dawn
1. Super Mario Odyssey

Nah, my brother has an Ipod touch and I play the odd game on it every now and then, but it's really just a couple minutes at a time. If there's any game that I wanna spend more time with it's usually available on PC for free as a flash game. When Game Dev Story 2 comes out it'll get some some real gaming time.

I used to say the same thing about not using a smartphone to game on before I bought one (and tablet -- I'm so weak). I only got a smartphone because my wife got a good deal for buying one through her work, and she wanted to keep in contact with me (). I was pretty convinced I'd never use the damned thing, but my wife insisted. How wrong I was (and how right she was). Here I am almost two years later and I have a whole load of games on phone, many of which are truly awesome and very much worth my time. Sure, the tablet is better as a game device (larger screen ftw -- and touch-screen Baldur's Gate on the way ), and the PC is way better, but the phone still does a damn fine job, and it's mobile nature means it's dead handly for gaming on the move or on the sofa whilst others use the TV or PC or whatever.

I completely understand. If Sony positions the PSV as a FPS machine (kinda like how the 360 was for a few years), I'll probably avoid it for quite some time. Still, knowing Sony, I find this unlikely. They tend to position their consoles as utilitarian, everyman devices, with a bit of everything for everyone. So, I imagine Call of Duty will certainly feature (because it will be a big seller for many), but I'm hoping for much more besides.
